These Terms of Service govern the commercial relationship between you and iLove Productions (10 calle Tulipan, El Médano, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain) for the Syntience service. They work together with our Terms of Use, which cover acceptable use of the platform.
1. The service
Syntience is an AI media production suite: images, video, voice, music and sound effects. Renders are paid in credits, bought as packs or included in a monthly subscription. The cost of every action is displayed before you launch it; failed renders are automatically refunded in credits.
2. Account
Access is granted through a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your mailbox and for all activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
3. Credits and subscriptions
- Purchased credits do not expire; they are neither refundable in cash nor transferable.
- Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account; they remain active until the end of the current period.
4. Content and ownership
- You warrant that you hold the necessary rights over everything you submit — briefs, reference photos and videos, faces in particular.
- Subject to payment of the corresponding credits, generated media are licensed to you for your uses, including commercial use through the studio's licensing option.
- You must not generate unlawful, defamatory, deceptive (non-consensual deepfakes), hateful or rights-infringing content.
5. Availability and liability
The service relies on third-party AI providers whose availability and output quality may vary. iLove Productions provides the service “as is”, commits to best efforts rather than artistic results, and shall not be liable for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the amounts you paid over the last twelve months.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by writing to tom@ilove.productions. iLove Productions may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with prior notice except in urgent cases.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
