This page gathers the transparency information required by the European regulations on digital markets and services — Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 (the “DMA”) and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the “DSA”) — as they apply to the Syntience service, operated by iLove Productions.
1. Status under the DMA
iLove Productions is not a “gatekeeper” within the meaning of the DMA: the service meets none of the regulation's quantitative thresholds. We nevertheless follow its spirit: no self-preferencing, no lock-in — your generated media can be exported freely (MP4, images) and your account can be deleted at any time.
2. Single point of contact (DSA, art. 11 & 12)
For Member State authorities, the European Commission, and recipients of the service: tom@ilove.productions — 10 calle Tulipan, El Médano, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. Accepted languages: English, French, Spanish.
3. AI-generated content
- All media produced by Syntience is generated by artificial intelligence; we recommend labelling it as such when you publish it, in line with the applicable transparency obligations (including the AI Act).
- Manifestly illegal content can be reported to the address above; reports are handled within 7 days.
4. Moderation
Generations go through automatic safeguards (model providers' filters and internal checks). An account distributing content prohibited by our Terms of Use may be suspended; the decision is notified and can be contested through the point of contact.
5. Redress
Any user may contest a moderation or suspension decision by simple email; a response is provided within 15 days. Recourse to the competent courts remains open.
