1. Data controller
iLove Productions, 10 calle Tulipan, El Médano, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. Contact: tom@ilove.productions.
2. Data we collect
- Account: name and email address (passwordless sign-in through a magic link).
- Billing: payment and credit history. Card data is processed exclusively by our provider Stripe and never touches our servers.
- Content: prompts, briefs, reference files and generated media, as needed to provide the service.
- Technical: connection logs and audience metrics strictly necessary for security and operation.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service and managing your account — performance of the contract.
- Billing and accounting — legal obligation.
- Security, fraud and abuse prevention — legitimate interest.
- Service communications — performance of the contract; any marketing communication relies on your consent, revocable at any time.
4. Processors and transfers
Media generation relies on specialised rendering, language-model and voice-synthesis infrastructure providers acting as our processors: the prompts and references required for a render are transmitted to them for the duration of processing, under contractual confidentiality. Hosting and media storage are provided by contractually bound cloud providers. Where transfers outside the EU occur, they are governed by standard contractual clauses or an adequacy mechanism.
5. Retention
- Account data: for the life of the account, then 30 days after deletion.
- Unsaved generations: automatically purged after the retention period shown in the studio (7 days by default).
- Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. Exercise them by writing to tom@ilove.productions. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain: the AEPD; in France: the CNIL).
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is authenticated and logged, and media is served through time-limited signed URLs.
